Most What Katie Did or Kiss me Deadly products can be sourced. Other labels can be trickier to get hold of. If you have your heart set on a paticular style contact us and we'll try our best.

All corsets are handmade to the highest standard. If you can't see the size or colour you like in our online boutique please don't hesitate to get in touch. Please be aware that specially ordered corsets can take up to four weeks to be delivered.

It doesn't fit! Can I return it?

Of course you can. Please do so within 28 days. Unfortunately we don't offer refunds. We will however be happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

For obvious reasons, knickers cannot be returned.

When posting an item back to us, please ensure you have proof of postage, just in case it gets lost.

Oi! My garment's faulty! Can I get my money back?

Faulty! Oh my! Of course you can have your money back. If you'd prefer, we'll send you out an exchange. Refunds and exchanges will only be made once you've returned the faulty item.

Again, please obtain a proof of postage reciept when posting it back, just in case it gets lost on the way.

Betsy LaBelle is full of little treasrues, isn't it? Very often our items are one offs as they're either vintage or handmade. Therefore it would be impossible to list every single thing. If you have your heart set on it, please don't hesitate to contact us and if we still have it, we'll either keep it by for you, or post it to you.

Whats the deal with postage?

All orders under £100 are sent recorded delivery for £3. Orders over £100 are free as a bird! Thats cause we're nice.
